Information the app uses

When you request live bus arrivals, SG Bus Tracker sends the selected bus stop code and, when applicable, bus service number to the Land Transport Authority's DataMall service. When you request first or last train information, the selected station name is sent to the train-information source needed to answer that request.

These lookup details are used only to provide the information you asked for. YiziLive does not use them for advertising, behavioural profiling, or marketing.

Information stored on your device

Saved bus stops, custom stop names, saved MRT/LRT stations, alert schedules, cached stop information, and appearance preferences are stored locally on your device. YiziLive does not upload these settings to its own server.

You can remove this local information by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

Notifications

If you enable a bus alert, the app uses Android's notification and scheduling features to show arrival information at the time and on the days you selected. Notification permission can be changed at any time in your device settings.

Information we do not collect

SG Bus Tracker does not:

• request or track your precise or approximate device location;
• use the Android Advertising ID or display advertising;
• use analytics or crash-reporting SDKs;
• require an account, name, email address, or phone number;
• access your contacts, photos, videos, microphone, or camera; or
• collect payment or financial information.

External services

The app connects over HTTPS to external transport-information services, including LTA DataMall, SGTrains, and SGTrainStatus. Like other internet services, these providers may receive technical request information such as an IP address and may handle it under their own terms and privacy practices. YiziLive does not control their independent retention practices.

Security and retention

Network requests made by the app use encrypted HTTPS connections. YiziLive does not operate a backend database containing SG Bus Tracker user accounts or personal profiles. Information kept locally remains on your device until you remove it as described above.

Children's privacy

SG Bus Tracker is a general-audience transport utility and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the app's features or data practices change. The latest version will remain available on this page with its revision date.
